First Time User Registration for Information Delivery Services (Interlibrary Loan) Students, Faculty and Staff

To request an item through Information Delivery Services (IDS), you must first identify yourself to the library's ILLiad system. To do this you fill out a registration form using your Web browser.
Registration has three purposes:

  • Entering your personal information into the ILLiad system means you will not have to supply the information again when making future requests.
  • Having your e-mail and regular mail addresses on file with IDS enables the IDS Office to process your request quickly and to notify you promptly and deliver materials accurately when your request arrives at IDS.
  • By creating a Username and Password, you will have secure access to your Illiad account allowing you to initiate requests for materials from other libraries, check the status of your requests, view a request history and request renewals of items as necessary.

About your Username and Password

During registration, you will be asked to create your Username and Password which you will use when logging on to the ILLiad interface in the future.

Username and Password
Choose anything you like but the IDS Office encourages using your regular JCC Password and Username as this authentication may be required in the future. ILLiad will encrypt your password to insure security. If your forget your Password, the IDS Office can restore it. To contact the IDS Office about any login problems, call 315-786-2410.
